ConstructTrackPro ("we", "us", "our") is a digital product company that builds and operates free web applications and tools. Our products include:

• ConstructTrackPro (constructtrack-pro.web.app) — construction site safety and compliance software
• TariffMadeEasy (tariffmadeeasy.com) — a household tariff cost calculator
• UK Landlord Wizard (uklandlordwizard.com) — UK landlord compliance guidance
• This parent website and any future tools we publish

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide voluntarily

• Your email address, if you subscribe to updates or contact us
• Any information you type into our calculators or tools — this is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless stated otherwise

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
• Cookies placed by Google AdSense and any analytics tools we use (see Cookies section below)

We do not collect payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through our tools.

Affiliate links are clearly labelled on our sites. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful. Our editorial opinions are not influenced by affiliate relationships.

• ZoogVPN — affiliate partner (ZoogVPN Privacy Policy)

• Google Fonts — web fonts served from Google servers, which may log request data

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time

If you are located in California (USA), you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

• Email addresses collected for updates: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Support enquiry records: retained for up to 2 years
• Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months)
• Calculator inputs: not stored on our servers — processed in your browser only

Children's privacy

Our websites and tools are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our websites after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via a notice on our homepage or, where we hold your email address, by email.
